powerhouse 02-16-2013 16:23:40 74.36.254.234 Report to Moderator	I have an open-station '69 4020 gas with 148 loader, and the loader is currently plumbed into the tractor SCV's. I found a Deere three-function joystick and valve so now I can free up the SCVs and hopefully get improved performance from the loader. Mounting the joystick on the fender is not a problem; my question is where is the best place to mount the valve box (#20 below) on this tractor? Also, Tim S. or anyone else that has done this on a side-console 20 series- when tapping into the hydraulic pressure line under the platform, is there a fitting you can replace with a tee? If not, how do you tap into the pressure line? I'd remove the platform and take a peek with my own eyes, but I'm not planning on starting this project until hay feeding season is over with up here in WI. [Reply]   [No Email]

If it were me doing the work I think I would R&R fitting at the pressure control valve under the hood.
