| Another option (if you ha"nt pulled sleeve plate out yet, or it is"nt cracked) is rebore. I did mine 12 or 15 yr. back, Got 40 or 45 (Can"t remember exact size) oversize aftermarket pistons, went togetter great , still running; really made a engine out of it... |

| If you needed a block or head or other such things I could help you but I sold the sleeve set years ago out of a 1010 I have here that is just parts. You now know why I always tell people to run do not walk away from the 1010 and 2010 parts are high it you can find them and they are not easy to work on |

| Deere should have driven them out of the dubuque plant and right into the river. Would have saved a lot of headaches. |

| No they should have driven them right the the scrap guy so they could be recycled before they became head aches. At least doing it that way would not have polluted things and maybe they would have made good tractor for the people of China |
