Considered by YOU to be rude. The man just asked a reasonable question, so why does it matter if it was in caps? You almost always use poor sentence structure, yet are critical of others spelling mistakes (hydrolic) and using caps? "As long as all hydraulic cylinders are double acting, the factory reservoir will do ok until the oil heats up." would be correct.
At least you did try to answer his question.
