Thanks, I have tried soaking, hot tank, I guess it would be unwise to use a rosebud. To bad I just burned my brush pile, got pretty hot melted glass Also where do you find that acid for cleaning gas tanks? Russ |

Go look at the link below for some pictures, but I find it at Home Depot and Lowe's all the time.
If you could remove the manifold, I would try a rosebud, but it's risky on the tractor.

I'd lay it on a bed of dry kitty litter so it doesn't heat soak a cool spot on a corner and crack. It will cool nice and slow on the kitty litter, too. |
