There was no rubber mounted on anything. There were no friction pads. This was a parts tractor, and I bought the parts as I saw them on the I & T manual that I didnt have. All Ive got is the 2 friction discs, spring pulley and fan, and keeper. |

| Well, I finally figured out a way that ought to work. I backed my H up to my post vice mounted on a stump. I was going to lay the shaft on the axle and put the pulley and end friction disc in the vice, and put my C clamp on top and bring it in. Went to look for the keepers, and there gone. Tractors been setting outside for 2 yrs. Under trees. All kinds of leaves and grass. I couldnt find one outa 3 parts with 2 magnets. SO Is that a special part, or can I get it somewhere. If so, Whats the sizes? |

| Two C-clamps as to draw it up evenly with very litte pressure is all that is needed to assemble one. Something is just not correct. Likely mismatched parts. |
