| Do yourself a favor and look into getting a taper lock flywheel for your A. We went through 2 factory flywheels on our 70G before we put one on with a taper lock. I can't remember who we got it from. I think it was from a guy in TN maybe. I know he had new flywheels, converted factory ones, or he would convert yours if it was sound.

| If your lucky the f/w splines are not too damaged and still be able to set the crankshaft endplay. Put a bottle jack between the clutch and tire. Light pressure to hold crank to the f/w side of tractor. Then loosen the clamping bolts and tightening the big nut on the outside of flywheel to set end play. I think you want about 5 to12 thousandths play. Or side to side movement. |

| thanks for the reply But will this do anything for the front to back movement or dose having front to back play mean that the flywheel is well slopped out?? |
