Can a person adjust the three point arms so they will push down so I can use a post hole digger ? |

| When drilling post holes in really hard clay we would drill as far as we could, dump a pail of water in each hole, go for lunch and later we could drill the rest of the hole. |

| No, there is no down-pressure capability in those three point hitches. The rockshaft is raised by hydraulic pressure and lowered by gravity. |

| | Try sharpening the cutters on your digger, or at least flipping them over. This summer, during the drought, I could only dig four holes before flipping or sharpening the cutters. Danuser makes a down pressure kit for their diggers. You could copy or modify their design. |

| No. I suppost that...depending on the design of the digger...you could fabricate something using an external cylinder to somehow get some down pressure, but I can't imagine any circumstance under which it would be worth the effort. |
