A few years ago at Booneville Mo. swap meet and tractor show there was a unstyled JD A with a starter mounted on the PTO that was used to start the tractor by engaging the clutch with the pto in gear. Had a battery mounted on the back of the tractor. Has anyone seen one of these or have any info or pictures>

| I saw something like that too on some other brand. I'm sure it was a homemade thing.
