It would pretty good at shows with those tall narrow rear wheels racked out to max on those large diameter axles. How much ground clearance under the drawbar ?

Rear axle was a AB 5068 R with the 88" tread. Optional wide rear axle was AB 5069 R to provide a 97-1/4" to 104" width. Axle housing was also changed with the longer axles. Assuming the longer axles were larger in dia? Power adjust rear tires in 12.4x36 or 13.9x36. Regular tires were 12.4x36, 13.9x36, 11.2x38, 12.4x38, 12.4x38 rice and a 9-42 rim that just guessing would mount a 11.2x42 tire?

There were no "vegetable tractors" from Deere. There were tractors with long axles, long axles and 42" tires, and tractors with dished wheels. In some areas, such as Eastern Washington, Oregon, and Idaho that needed wide spaced tractors, but not the crop clearance of 42" wheels, so they got 10" single fronts and 38" rear tires. Its still a vegetable use tractor, just not high clearance. Now a tractor equipped with long, heavy axles, 42" tires and a single or wide front, will generaly be worth more than a row crop just because of the options. But as B-D said, those are options that can be added by the farmer or dealer, so there are no solid numbers for production records.

I must disagree with your statement that JD DID NOT make vegetable tractors! The 40V,420V,430V. The "V" is clearly documented by JD Archives as VEGETABLE !!!

Ahhhhh you got me. I mean there were no Waterloo Vegetable tractors, as in a designation of that. Not saying thats not what they were used for, just a factory designation.

Single front wheel may have just been swapped on there in just a few minutes. In place of a rolo-matic double, solid double, 38" double or a square wide front. What length and diameter are the rear axles? Gas,LP, all fuel? Pto, power steering, fenders, rockshaft ?
