4020 3 point either up or down, no in between

Git a gas 4020 that the 3 point is either all the way up or all the way down, go to lift it a little and it goes all the way up. Where do I start looking? I looked at the draft control and it looks like either the lever is broke or it's been pushed under the floorboard or something. Either way it isn't where it should be or even in sight.

Any ideas?

The only correct way to repair the 3pt is to get L/D lever in the correct place then adjust internal linkages according to a service manual.

Probably all related back to the lever, its probably broken off in the wrong position, get it squared away and the problem will hopefully clear up. The lever under the seat tends to gather dust and freeze up if it isn't used much.

Ok Thnks! Thats kinda what I thought but wanted to make sure. Hopefully it is just turned around or something and I can get it straightened out. Guess there is always vice grips....
