| I noticed setting next to the 720 High Crop a 435 made up as a High Crop.
That would be a nice conversation piece. |

| The effort that is put into tractors of this quality is amazing and I thank the people that go to that level for our and their enjoyment.People like Tim S.,Walt ,Dan,TxJim go the extra mile to help people such as myself learn and I appreciate their expertise.I have had a couple NewGen that were nice enough to be exhibited but chose to sell them as they were too nice to use .I do have an original 4020 that I use that is not for sale and I feel a little younger each time I rake hay or use it on our farm daily. Thanks for all everyone does for this great hobby, business, or obsession |

| I know what you mean by feeling younger, Larry when we work one of these old horses, just taking my 60 on a little road ride takes me back to the younger days when I would be tugging a combine or mounted pick home after a long day. My city and town friends don't understand things like that,,but of course they wouldn't since they did not spend most of their lives in a hard working environment like most of us on here have done, these old work horses became a part of our every day life, and our living depended on their reliable duty,,so shining them up and running them is like paying tribute to them and our younger days... |

| Here are a couple of more shots...
Todd Beiseiegel's "L"; the first "L" with a John Deere Engine
Jerry Trcka's (the gauge fellow) nice HWH
This gem really caught my eye. The workmanship was terrific. It really took a lot of work to fit the "L" engine into that crawler undercarriage.
Notice the custom "Model LC Tractor" serial plate....
A European Vineyard tractor, an 820VU Narrow Guage Utility Tractor
This European 1020 VU Narrow Gauge Utility tractor was on the cover of the July-august Two-Cylinder Magazine.
A very impressive 830 Industrial
Beautifully restored Spoker D
A shot looking west across the floor of the Hippedrome. Quite an impressive sight
Dick and Donna Arie, who brought his "BRx" (electronic fuel injected) tractor some 1300 miles from the mid-western portion of Alberta, Canada. The tractor ran like the proverbial Singer Sewing Machine. It received a LOT of attention.
Finally, it isn't shiny, but I was very impressed by Rich Bissel's absolutely original, unrestored 1941 Model "H", with its original tires, original decals, tight steering and clutch pivot bolt, and very straight tin. His grandfather (a dealer) had sold this tractor when it was new. |

| The LC was actually put togeather by Bob Smythe from Portland Oregon. He sold it to a friend of mine, who in turn sold it to Dennis Black of Montana, who restored it. It was a pretty simple conversion from what I understand. |

| Tim, I'm sorry I didn't get the owner's name, but I spoke with him briefly. I think he said the undercarriage and drive train was from an MC, so he didn't have nearly the design and mechanical work to do that you did on your "60 Crawler". I also think he said the tracks were from a Cletrac. It seemed to run and operate pretty well, and it sure was cute! |

| It does kind of look like it was an LA engine bolted to an MC drive train. That is an M style seat, the MC style fenders and 3 roller undercarriage. I can't tell about the tracks from the picture, but they do look different than the MC tracks. |

| Nothing to apologize for Tom, I think all us old farts are doing pretty good for even getting onto this site :>)....I just sorted out the picture posting a few weeks ago, and still wrestle with it. Some of the other guys on here are real good at it, it boils down to getting your pics off the camera card and into a file, then "browsing " the file to upload,,one of the Grand kids may need to help you,,Darn it.... |

| Tom, check to see if you have a slot in your computer to stick the card in. If so then place the card in the slot and wait for the little window to come up that say's open (or gives you the option to open) We'll work with you on this. Go on and get back with us with the results. (the slots are sometimes called "flash media reader") |

| Before I got a computer with flash media reader, I would stop by Wal-Mart on the way home from a antique tractor show and have the images on my card put on a cd. Then when I got home I could put the images on the cd on my hard drive and from there on Photobucket. My first camera had a usb wire that helped to put the images on the hard drive. That was a pain. |
