4020 Diesel pump seals

Can you tell me the number for the copper washer seals for the lines coming out of the pump on 4020? The steel ones are leaking.

I'm not sure Deere offers them, I got some from a supply house down town..But I rarely need to use them...do you think the banjo is cracked ??

The pump was rebuilt a couple of years ago. It held for a year, then the seals were replaced. It just seems to want to leak. I am afraid to twist off bolts if I tighten them any more.

I have put a lot of torque on them and never twisted one off "yet",,but they are hollow...

I am using a 3/8 ratchet, how much torque should I use?

I used aluminum washers on mine and they seem to work pretty good I also found that mine leaked more when I tightened them to the spec which I can't remember what it is right now

Torque is 35 ft lbs. With a standard 9/16 wrench thats a hard pull.

Its a pretty good pull even with a 3/8 torque wrench I just knew I was goina snap a bolt
