Topic: Unstyled A JD Tappets not oiling

I have read some of the other post on this subject. My question is do you have to pull the governor housing to clean out the small oil hole behind the gauge of is there another way to get to it without pulling the governor? The tractor is a 1937 model. |

| Not sure if the small hole is straight back from the gauge or if it is at 90 degrees to the left. I use a small tip cleaner either straight or bent to poke it out. Just remove the gauge to get at it. Ron Mn. |

| Are you sure you do have oil pressure? or maybe the oil shaft coupler might broke. I have the same problem on my 37 A and found the coupler broke. |
