4020 3 point issue

have an issue with my 3 point on my 1965 4020. when i let the 3 point down, the arms go down but the tractor sounds like its under a load for a bit and the pressure gauge (it's a power shift) shows low pressure. after about 10 sec's or so it comes out of it. it does this anytime you let the 3 point down. i have tried the different positions, L, D, and seems to make no difference. what do i check out next??

Run through the basic ajustments for your rockshaft cable and load sensing. You need a service manuel.

I agree with ET about going through L/D adjustments but I'll add that I think the rockshaft operating valves are out of adjustment. I think the return valve is opening to lower RS and the pressure valve isn't closing to shut off pressure. This can be adjusted but I think only by R&R RS control valve.
