4020 -adjust oil pressure

hi--i remember reading on here that knob under the injector pump is used to adjust the oil pressure on a 4020. is that true? how much range does it have? and is it used to dial in the proper pressure? thanks

On the injection pump side of engine, below square cover where tach cable hooks into, there should be a 5 or 6 sided 4-6" long cap. Under that there is a screw that can be adjusted for oil pressure, but you will have to put a pressure gauge somewhere in oil galley to see what pressure is. If you can look in a 4010 manual to see what it should be. I dont have my manual close to look at it right now.

Does the 4020 LP (propane) tractors have that ?

YES and it's a hex cap that on removes to access adjustment screw just under tach drive gear.

I think so, all of the gas and diesel models i have seen were that way so i dont see why an lp would be any different.
