4020 Exhaust manifold torque

I'm replacing the exhaust manifold gaskets on my 4020. I went out and bought an I&T manual and for the life of me can't find the torque for the exhaust manifold bolts. Can anyone help?

I never torque them, but I have a "feel" for a tight bolt,,I would guess about 35 lbs. or so,you can look up the standard hardware torques for a grade 5 3/8" bolt
