I have a 3010 gasser that i have painted/ fixed up.we really like it, but iam not getting all my gears. i have rebuilt the shifter etc. still leaking out of load control , after replacing & twice new seals. iam in va, is there anybody out there with the experience to fix my tractor & be reasoable/ reliable. thanks Russ |

| Jdjerry, thanks for the ebay info. Is there anywhere else i can get them? Iam not a member.I have heard of cutting a oring in the bushings.i put a new shaft in also. thanks Russ Tim S, i have gears on the right side of the shifter , not on the left. some on the left side feel like the tractor moves just a hair. i have 2nd & 3rd reverse. thanks for your reply. |

| I have used seals from new technology that stoped the leaks. I have a 4010 that has not leaked a drop for five years now. Type in john deere load shaft seals on e-bay. |

| You most likely have worn sychronizers is my first guess since I don't know what gears you are missing, but this is normaly what it is . The load shaft seals can be "trying"The shaft can be worn, the bushings and most of all to much side to side motion can cause them to leak. |
