4020 Help Left Break Stuck!

Help!

The right break on our 4020 67' model syncro range has the left break stuck. We had the break pedal unit looked at but it's fine. Also the Hydraulic pump at the same time as the break has started not working. When the pump isn't working the tractor moves, as soon as the pump engages, the break does too. Really Odd, any suggestions. I did replace the Hydraulic filter.

I swear...Nobody changes the weathered, broken, rubber boots any more 'till the plunger pistons are rusted solid.
