I have square baler problem just like everyone else. On my bales the sweep side of the bale it makes the twine about 4 inches longer on that side than the other. The other side is perfectly square. I am running plenty fast windrows are around a ton an acre. I have adjusted the feeder forks in both slots. I have a manual so if need to adjust something. Thanks aj |

| | Clear all the hay out of the compression chamber and insure the side ramps are not rusted out. These are bolt in stepped ramps to keep the hay from backing out. Do you have equal turns on each side of the tension cranks the bale chamber. Back both out and count the number of turns to each side. We never had a problem with light windrows and some were pretty light. Fours inches is a lot. |

| I have done that cleaning out the chamber and plates are good. I undo the cranks all the way out and start cranking. I was thinking something with timing of feeder forks. |
