I am shopping for this planter, is it going to be a hard model to find? I need to go to 8 rows and I would like to go with a pull type to stay with a smaller tractor, would like to stay with a finger pickup so I can use up my 6R36 7100 for parts. Any thoughts? |

| I thought that when I went from a 4 row 7000 to an 8 row. I decided that I could buy alot of parts for the 8 row with what I got by sellig the 4 row. |

| I would agree-- especially when switching to a newer series. What's worn on the newer 7200 is likely to be shot on the older 7000, if it even was the same to start with. Still plenty of interest from farmers who want to move UP to a 7000, even if they've been the standard since 1974. |

| | Check out Tractorhouse on the internet. There are 4-8 row wide 7200"s on there right now. 2 in Mn, one in Ne and one in In. Probably others on web sites as well, such as Ironsearch. Gary |

| If you want to use a 7100 for parts you would be better off to find a 7000. |
