I purchased a model 241 manual fold 18ft FORD disc today. Does anyone know if they have square or round axels? Have some hill ground that I want to work up and will be pulling it with a IH 1466 or 1486. Can I handle it running single tires or do I need to put the duals on for this disc? Never pulled a FORD so I don't know how hard a 18 ft FORD pulls. Does anyone own one or used one and if so what kind of tractor did you pull it with? Use to pull a 18ft IH disc with a IH 856 with duals but was told this disc pulls a lot harder.
