I have a IH27 square baler, but this summer my pitman arm and yoke found legs. IH wants a ton of cash, plus brokerage fees, and shipping to Canada. Just crazy, so I figure I will make my own. If their is another IH 27 ownwer out there, could you measure the length of the pitman arm. And also the length of the the pitman arm and yoke together.

| Just to clarify, are you talking about the rod and
clevis assem., between the pitman arm and needle
yoke? How much do they want for that thing? I'm a
little surprised it's still available.

Yeah that makes sense, my manual calls them a needle pitman and a needle pitman yoke. But it does looks like a rod and clevis. They wanted 290 plus tax, shipping, and broker so I am guessing around 450 would be close.

baler is 28 miles away; I'm going down there in the
next day or two.
