I have a gator that has good spark and is getting fuel through the gas line to the carb but it wont start. The choke valve is closing but I cant seem to get gas to the plug. It has good compression also. Any suggestions on carb adjustments or other things to try? It's a low hour machine (350). |

| I agree with case collector. Chances are carb. is gummed up. Friend of mine had same type gator only 4x4. Mechanic cleaned carb and 140 dollar later ran like a champ. Mechanic recommended putting some stuff in gas tank periodically called mechanic in a can. Get it from the parts store. Hope this helps ya. |

| Take the plug out and squirt some gas into cylinder. Should fire for a second or two and if it does, carb is gummed up. |

| How long has it been sitting since it ran last? My guess is the carb is plugged, today's fuel doesn't last long before it turns to varnish and gums up a carb. |
