I assume you are looking for the little cone piece with a bearing in it and the other part that rivets on the sickle.

Dealer....same parts seem to wear out on them all...or you have to buy a working mower for parts. We found a NOS complete sickle for our 41 still in the wooden MF crate at a parts yard one time, but good luck other wise.

If the sickle bolt comes loose it will beat out the socket on the dyna balance head.

In my experience with an MF 31 mower, used parts will be scarce, expensive and worn out. Put on new if you can . . . but there is a source other than MF for what you need. I can't link to it from here, but walt's tractor parts has aftermarket sickle head parts for your mower . . . still not cheap, but cheaper than OEM.

I had the same problem with my 31. I broke the piece that the cone, and the piece that the cone hooks to with the three rivets in it and also cracked the one inch wide metal strap with the 9 rivet holes in it. I had hay down and couldn't wait the three days for my dealership to get it so I welded everything back together. The dealer wants 350 bucks for those three pieces. :(
