Have a 256 rake with the staggered wheels and three U-joints on the axle. Over the years, I've removed the yokes and replaced the joints on the left two-not easy but was able to slide yokes off axle stubs. Today tried to disconnect the right yoke and not enough slop to get it to slide off the axle stub. Am I going to have to unbolt and spread the frame? Am I missing something (other than brain power).? |

| those can be a bugger the yoke on the right most side standing behind the rake is pinned on both ends of the u-joint you need to grind those pins off and knock them out then you can slide the whole joint . replace with hardend bolts |

| I got the pins out with a punch without much trouble, but can't slide the yoke enough. It'l slide about an inch then no more. |

| Had a 259 rake, and changed the crosses with everything on the rake. |
