Can I put a rearend from a 122 in a 1650?? I know I'll have to make a rod for the internal brakes, and come up with the clutch set up but will it bolt up?? THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT!!!

Wouldn't you be giving up the hydraulic lift? No way to run it from the standard tranny, right?
I'm spoiled, I like the lift for the snow plow.
Just a thought,
David

Really not bad to do. 122 rear bolts right in. Remove all hydro linkages. Find a donor 800,1000,1200,108,128 for clutch parts. Would probably be best to change rubber motor mounts to solid mounts and use the hard driveshaft coupling at rear instead of rubber coupling.Would be a 4 to 6 hour job to do.

In answer to your question....YES.

You will have to make a lot of modification for a Gear Drive rear end to bolt up to a Hydro Tractor.
