Do you get a light at the solenoid when you're trying to crank the engine. You need to trace the wire from your starter switch whether it has a push button or a key to the solenoid to see if your light is getting battery voltage. If your lite glows & shows voltage is at the solenoid you probably have a defective solenoid. Hal
PS: If you have safety switches on that tractor
one of them may be defective. It may have one on the neutral start or seat. You can jumper these
to isolate the switches, but I wouldn't operate the tractor with them jumpered.
