weekendfreedommachinesDOTcom is your best reference.The parking brake is pretty easy to get jammed on those. Problem is, there are three different parking brake setups on the 200-series. Try this: while lifting up on the black knob farthest to the right on the lower part of the console facing the seat, push down hard on the left brake/clutch pedal. That should work for some tractors. If that doesn't do it, hold up on that knob while pushing down hard on the right brake-only pedal. If that doesn't do it, something is broken or bent underneath.
