Carb was running lean. Half throttle and half choke. Went to ebay and bought a nut driver to adjust the jets. The jets look like a torx screw. $7.95 for tool and shipping from ebay. A tiny turn to the left on hi jet and it runs like a champ. No new carb needed. George |

| | With today's gas, 2 cycle engines have lots of carb issues and gas line issues. I have a husky varnie 4 cycle weed eater. Love it, but weighs a ton. Has more horses than any weed eater I've ever used. Wish someone made a 4 storke chain saw. George |

| | Bet that Husqvarna has a Honda engine in it. As far as I know, all the 4 cycle Husqvarna trimmers have honda engines under the cover. Tough engines that will take a lot of abuse. Yep, heavy too. |

| I'm sure it will last not only my life time, but my son's life time. However he will have to pry it from my dead hands first. |
