helping a friend redo his motor .book says one thing for main caps ;paper that came with parts says another ? it is a 152 perkins and not a 144 perkins .iol pump that we got is also different then the orginal pump .the orginal has key way new one doesnt have key way ? help |

| | Yes to Bob's answer, and remember the torque spec is stress on the head of the bolt holding 2 surfaces together, not inclusive of poor thread engagement, i.e crud or rust in the tread mating surfaces. Specs in the area where you are, deliberately put the bolt in tension to prevent it from vibrating loose and no lock washers are used. HTH, Mark |

| What is the bolt grade and size? You can compare the specs against this chart and see which one is right. |
