Doesn't take three purchases to recognize a trend. Two proofmeters that fail before 100 hours for similar failures is a trend. Do not need to add another $70 to the $250 already spent. The other parts were of decent quality-decent price. Will buy again. Quality of proofmeter/tachs is what it is. 100% failure in less than 100 hours for this customer. |

| | Wayne, I think there is a guy on ebay who sells "original looking" fordson like tachs. Not sure on quality. If they are out of the UK watch your shipping, they will ding you pretty hard. Scott |

| Bought one on a gamble. The one I took out had 53 hours, was less than a year old, it was already faded, it did not do RPMs, Needle just rolled around and stopped on peg. It did count hours, so I could have used it to change my oil... I have about five hours on this eBay one. The needle is smooth, in 50 hours, I'll know. Wayne |
