| Do you have a round piston pump or a square vane pump? If you have the later round piston pump, I can email you some info. If its a vane pump, good luck, parts are not available.
Like George said, the round pump seal wears a groove in the wobble shaft and causes a suction side air leak. That and broken/worn springs seem to be the most common problems. Parts are available for a full rebuild. But, Replacing that seal not a job for a newbie or poorly equipped mechanic. If you want to give it a try, we can help. |

| david legge, A few years ago, I rebuilt a 600 series piston pump on my Jubilee. I ordered every part I could find from YT or fix-a-ford. The seal wears groves in the wobble shaft so, I replaced it. One of the hardest things was pressing the bearing on the wobble shaft, even though I have a 20 ton press. Next time I won't buy a new shaft, instead I'll just replace the seal. If you don't press the seal in all the way, it will rub on a different part of the shaft. I think you will need to remove the race to get to the seal. To do that, I welded a washer to the race and it almost fell out. I think you can purchase just a race without the cone bearing.I found out the reason my pump was loosing prime, it had a broken spring. George |

| For the FO-19 Ford manual try "jensales" in Minn or else get your local newholland/ford dealer to order one for you. I don't remember the cost but they are worth their money. |

| I don't know of any place online to find one. Try Ebay for an FO-19 |
