After reading this reply of yours, I looked at the caps again and on second look, yes I see a slight indication of it in the upper picture. I guess I was expecting to see a big pile of goo and looked too fast. My experiences with it were much worse than this.What's funny is that even with a few really gooey caps over the years, I never had yellowing oil (on a tractor or car). Figure that one out if condensation is his problem. Mark |

| Big problem with trying to figure out what he is seeing is we have little to no history as to how long it has sat and how long it may or may not have been run in who knows how long. If say it has sat for 3 months then run for say 15 minutes or so condensation could well be the problem. Knowing the tractor and who what where and when can make all the difference in the world as to knowing what maybe wrong if any thing |
