rodm1 10-15-2012 15:39:11 68.61.90.130 Report to Moderator	I have a old sickle bar mower and the PTO shaft is to long (should be cut) but it probable would be to short then for my Deer. Do they sell hitch extenders for this purposes what do they look like? Do I have to make one? [Reply]   [No Email]

If so, that type of drawbar should move the mower farther back. If it's a 3 point hitch mounted mower then I don't think so. He said his shaft is already too long and that he's looking for something to move the mower farther out on the ends of the lift arms. rodm1 - I know it' a bit pricey, but the only suggestion I can come up with is to buy another PTO shaft that's shorter and use the shorter shaft on the Ford and the longer one on the JD.   [Reply]  [No Email]
