I bolted a 3 inch pipe to my grader blade. Perhaps you could make a pipe with two brackets and bolt to your bucket.

I made the holes in the three brackets a little larger than needed for wiggle room. Bolted the brackets to the blade, lowered the blade until the brackets came in contact with pipe and welded in place. Removed bolts and welded the other side. There is no way I could cut a pipe long way in half and make it look nice. Not to mention the amount of gas and O2 I would use. I like to Keep It Simple, KIS.
