I have a Ford 800 series tractor and I cant find out what year it is. On the flat service on the Bell Housing between the starter and clutch pedal there is a number 850 and below it the serial numbers is Diamond sign and 66671 another Diamond sign both diamond signs is sideways. Can someone please help me thank you |

| Your tractor is a 1955. That year began with 10615. 1956 began in 77000's. 850 is the model number. |

| Check out Smith's Old Ford Tractors for some good info on the old Fords. He has a breakdown of the model number. Just scroll down til you find it. |

| I could tell you the year but that in the long run would not help you learn. Go to research and info then serial numbers then ford then the 600/700/800/900 series. Then see where you number fits in the numbers listed. I did that and I do know the year. It goes to teach a man to fish and he can feed him self a lift time give him a fish and he eats a meal thing |
