Afternoon everybody. been workin on my 960 and I have 2 problems. The first is I seem to not have position control on the 3 point. It goes up and down just fine and can lift any implement. You cannot adjust the operating height of the implement with the touch controls. It will move to various positions but is will nearly always return to the up or down position. It acts like its stuck in draft control ... (yes the lever is in position control). second question is where are the timing marks on the flywheel? i've hand rotated the engine a half a dozen times and cannot find one mark on the flywheel. thanks Paul |

| | If you are certain that the draft/position control lever is in the Position position but position control mode does not function, you will need to remove the lift cover to inspect/repair. The timing marks can be difficult to find if not marked. Rotate the engine to TDC (#1 cylinder) on the compression stroke and look through the timing mark inspection port with a flashlight for the marks. It may be necessary to clean the flywheel with a small paint brush and gasoline to find the marks. Once found, mark 4 degrees BTDC mark with white paint. Dean |
