| | Thanks Soundguy, I picked it up today for $100. Seller was a very nice guy and he helped lift it into my pickup, which was tricky. Also nice to have the brackets which I understand are often missing. Exept for rust, the rest is also in decent shape, though the bucket has seen some use with a gouge on the left side visible in the pic. With minor repair it could be good as new. I don't know about the condition of the hyd cylinder yet. I haven't extended the rod to see its condition. I may have to pick your guy's brains again regarding installation onto my 861. Those two big brackets might be obvious, but not sure about those two little ones yet. |

| I have a good cylinder here should you need it. Normally though those cylinders were always kept closed except when lifting and I have not seen one that was pitted or unuseable. $100? You stole it. |

| | big bracket with the nub goes onthe side of the trans.. 3 bolts.. I like to chase the threads to get 50ys worth of dirt and paint out.. then install with at least gr5 bolts, if not grade 8. under bolster mount is also obvious.. same bolt recomendations. the smaller bracket.. the 'foot' installs to a tapped hole under the trans.. actually one of the harder connections to make.. but you will get it.. get the other 2 in.. ie.. the toe of the laoder into the front, then swing it over and get the nub pinned thru the box, then you can use a prybar or a helper to line up for the small foot bracket. if the cyl itself is ok but just needs seals.. shouldn't be too bad. I had one re-sealed for 60 bucks.. out of all the laoders I have.. only one has had to be resealed so far.. and it only had a nusiance leak as it was.. still lifted. havn't seen the pics to see if this is a trip dump loader.. or a hyd bucket model.. but you have plenty of options for installing it to your tractor hyds either via oem top cover valve, selectrol valve, or the cheap-n-dirty way by chaining the 3pt lift down and tapping hyds of fthe test port. post back a pic / some details. soundguy |
