|  might try adding these bars to your plow blade, it appears they would help lift the potato out better. like you, I just have the reg blade on my digger, |

I put the chains on for pushing snow, left them on for pushing trees. Should be snow again in 2-3 months.... and they're kind of a pain to keep taking off/putting on again at least to me.
But no I don't need them for this. It doesn't even remotely start to tax this tractor to pull the little potato plow through my sandy soil. |

| I use the potato plow each year. I plant 50 lbs. seed potatoes each year. If you would add at least one stablizer bar the plow would do much better. I use a 1958 801 Ford. |

| | i knew they were called "potato plows" but really never knew how they were used. thanks. years ago i sold a to-20 with one of those knodeler (sp) seats on it. wish i would have kept that seat. |
