| Ivan if you have a Ferguson TE 20, TO 20, TO 30 parts book look on page 12, numbers 57 and 58 those are the washer and plug that goes into the water neck where the temperature bulb is suppose to attach before you can attach it you need to get a "short" adapter so the bulb has enough room to fit in there. The size of that adapter is 5/8" NF and as short as you can find I am fairly certain. If you haven't purchased the water temp gauge try to find one that has a 48" cord on it. That is just a little longer than you need and anything longer is a waste as you will have to coil it up quite a bit more than the 48 inch one.
