I did manage to get the tractor into nuetral,now I can get 3rd 4th and Rev. But cant get it into 1st or 2nd.

| Sounds to me like the gear lever is slipping out of the selectors. Take the gear lever off and align the selectors into neutral:
The ballon the end of the gear lever may be too worn.

| Sounds like you get to take off the top cover and have a look.
If it was working it wouldn't be broke.
If it's broke, it needs fixing.
If it needs fixing, it needs taken apart.
If you take it apart, you can fix it.
