Trac 07-13-2012 08:17:40 71.53.20.111 Report to Moderator	Brush hogging the other day and cut a tree about the size of a water bottle small plastic one cutting the area twice somehow the small stump wedged between the rim & tire popping my tube it takes about 15,20 minutes to go flat. Has any body tried that slime on inner tubes i just don't feel like pulling the tire apart. [Reply]   [No Email]

I don't have any large thorns, at least that I can see. My tires are relatively new. Finally I took them to a dealer that fills them solid. Paid $70/tire (front tires),, but like JustiN WilSOn use to say - I GUARANTEE,, they won't go flat now.   [Reply]  [No Email]

I bought this tractor a few years ago for £40($56) and my mates all want me to spend some money on it to make it like new, but I keep on saying that to do so would devalue it because it's so original, (original tractors over here are going way up in value) So the lack of spending/misery has now turned into a joke, though sometimes I push the misery too far just to give them a laugh or annoy the guys that like everything perfect ! The tractor had a full set of old style Goodyear tyres, which are really sought after, and I did not want to loose the originality by fitting a modern equivalent, so I got an old large tube from a 7.50x 16 tyre and cut it , then fitted it over the repaired tube and sewed it with some farmer's friend, (plastic baler twine) refitted the tyre and it is good to go! The slime would be about a gallon, if it worked, at $32 per gallon. Now if you were to go top Gemplers, you could find tire liners and might save you some grief in the future.   [Reply]  [No Email]

Got to atleast get the old tube out, to be fixed or replaced. The silver bar? Spoon? Are 5 bucks at Harbor Freight, but I like working with atleast 2- maybe 3. Once one side is off, a new tube will squeeze in there easy, not always possible if just breaking the bead.   [Reply]  [No Email]
