the spring is the one that goes on the oil filter cover and oil filter shaft that screws to the main cap on a z120 engine

I'd guess about four turns 3/64 music wire, a slip fit on the screw, stretched to be 3/4" long. You can often buy music wire at a hobby shop or McMaster-Carr who also sells springs.

Wallyworld sells felt by the square foot in the crafts department. It cuts well with scissors.

Would be a compression spring. I don't have a picture or drawing. I could be off a 64th plus or minus on the wire diameter and short as much as four turns on the turns and half an inch on the unloaded length. The W in WAG stands for WILD. And the G for GUESS.

I have dug out the parts book for my MF-135 and for the Z145 engine the spring looks to have 6 turns and is about 1-1/2" long. Part number 1 759 585 M1
