thats what my te20 did it would go down when you stood on it.i never did see a leak inside.so i went ahead a ordered a new hydraulic cylinder piston and ringsl got lucky because when i took the old cylinder off the number three ring was broke.it fixed my problem.and some dummie broke the control valve and had to get one of those.hmmm i dont no who that was.i would say that ptobably aint what is wrong with yours.john uk and the rest of these guys will get it straiten out for you.
