Now, the real drag is there is a bracket, that I do not have a picture of- just made of ? 3/8" ?1/2"? rods, that sticks out about 6 inches from the 4 holes around the PTO, like a hollow box? The hanging linkage hooks on that thing, and that is what gives it something to hold onto when it flips- as you raise the hitch.... I am so bad at explaining this... I wonder if this model is on the 'N tractor manuals page'???? A worse one is my 'Dearborn -Lindemann' flip over plow. The thing is operated by a special top link, without that piece, got to flip over by hand standing on the ground. Ask me how I know???? |

| Tony: There is a copy of Jesse Lindeman's patent for his 90 degree roll-over plow listed now on the BO Lindeman Archives site, which is hosted by Ted Adams, so at least you can read how it is supposed to work.We have two of these plows here at the North Spokane Farm Museum (200 miles east of Yakima, the home of Lindeman), both missing the crucial 3rd link parts. We have aquired a 3rd plow (in Colorado) which has these parts, but have yet to get it home. Once we do, I plan to reverse engineer all the parts, then fabricate a couple sets for us. Once I have the drawings done, I would be happy to share them with you so you can reproduce parts for yourself. Let me know in about 6 months. Regards, Chuck Lyons |
