Clutch had way too much play. Readjusted and now dual clutch engages like it should. New to this tractor but learned alto. Now works great.   [Reply]  [No Email]

The 2 stage was in production in 55, but how early- from the experiments in '54? All of 55?, Exactly the same as what's in your 40's. My first glance, not always spot on, but if the pto lever is 3 position, I believe it is live pto. Seems the single stage models don't have the ground speed either. But, I might be off on this too. You been looking at the FENA website? There might be charts and graphs with some of this on it.   [Reply]  [No Email]

I think you should be able to engage the PTO with the engine running though. The clearance where the clutch lever passes under the foot rest should be 3/4" for a single or 3/8" for a dual clutch.
