Even if I could get a tape in there I probably wouldn't trust my measurement. I had probably better split it to be sure because waiting for parts is better than ordering the wrong ones, having to send them back then waiting for parts again.
I am kind of procrastinating on splitting it, never done one before. I have two floor jacks and another one available from a friend, as well as a small bottle jack so I should be ok. Just need to dig out some pieces of 4x4 to make some sort of stand for once it's apart. |
