maxwell99 01-16-2013 07:44:27 208.66.240.123 Report to Moderator	Re: TO 35 in reply to miner09, 01-15-2013 17:42:04   i have a to35 1957 model, it was Bambo Beige and gray, but no one else had a fergy painted that color, they thought it was sometype odd ball case, so later i painted it red and gray. someday i might paint it back, but probably not. the one to get, if you can find one, is a early 1956 model and they are out there. they were painted Bambo Beige and green, as far a i know there are no know serial # that mark the change in paint color to Bambo Beige and gray. what ever color you paint them, if well cared for they are great little tractors, having the 12 volt system helps with starting. just be sure it does not leak too much tran fluid out of the weap hole under trans, that can be a big problem. as you cannot fix the trans seals if the front housing tube is worn out. later model fergys they fix this item by making the front trans tube replaceable. good luck and be sure to show us pictures of what you buy and what it looks like fixed up. the owners manual that came with my tractor is (print date, 1956) and it shows a tractor on the front cover that appears to be painted Bambo Beige and green.
