When the tractor was cold did the fluids look proper viscosity, not like glue. Then do your tests when it is THOROUGHLY warmed up; look at the oil pressure when hot. Stand on the lift arms when they are slightly raised and tractor is fully warmed up. You should not feel any pulsating in your feet when the engine is idling.
