Has anyone had any dealings with Seth grant on Craigslist we listed several items he wanted all of them in his email he was in the act of moving so he could not look at the items he was going to send us a check by UPS and his crew would be out to pick things up sound like a scam.

| Actually he trying to buy my xbox from me.. he was
suppose to write a check to me for $300 but his
secretary messed it up and made it out to $2990.. so
hes asking me to deposit the money in my account and
western union the rest to to his mover.. etc.. i
have no clue whether to trust this or not.

| Because it will come back to hunt you. Even if you don't spent the money and keep it in your account, as some banks may make you do now, the bad check charge when, not if, but WHEN the insufficient check comes back, is on you. And if you cash and get the cash, they may file against you for obtaining money through fraud.... not cheap, but almost always a free room and board as a reward! So, don't cash it, give it to your local DA.
